G'day members! Please note the Townsville Restored Motorcycle Club's Annual General Meeting will be held:

When: Wednesday 4th February 2026
Time: 8.00pm
Where: Basque Hall, 53 Sabadine Street, Aitkenvale

If you cannot attend, please send a written apology (form below). You may also assign your voting rights by proxy to another club member.

Meeting Agenda

The agenda for the 2026 AGM is as follows:

  • Nomination and Election of Officials - President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Events Coordinator, Merchandising & Fundraising Coordinator, Web Editor.
  • Nominations of officials can be made using the form below. Nominations are required to be seconded by another member and accepted by the nominee.
